Near Shore S.A. provides custom software development, staff augmentation, and services.
We are located in the beautiful Central American country of Costa Rica, 2.5 to 6 hours from US cities. Costa Rica has a similar cultural affinity to the US, has a democratic government, and no standing army.
We provide a "near shore" experience rather than an "off shore" experience as we provide support in the Pacific, Central and Eastern US time zones. (Please see Near Shore v. Off Shore)
Our hourly costs are lower than teams based in the US, providing up to 30% reduction in costs. We can provide software development and support on a T&M (time and materials) basis or through dedicated teams through staff augmentation.
